Senior HR Advisor
Chen ChunJie is a senior China HR executive, with nearly 20 years of experience at leading multinational and Chinese companies.
Prior to joining The JLJ Group, ChunJie worked with the Shanghai Automotive Industry Group, General Motors, Volkswagen, APP, and PepsiCo in several HR roles, including China HR Director, Director of Organizational Capability and Employee/Labor Relations, Director of Staffing and Compensation & Benefits, HR Strategy Head, People Assessment Center Head, and Productivity Head. In those positions, ChunJie gained deep exposure to a variety of HR-related issues and processes, including corporate formation, M&A, risk/crisis management, change management, global integration, system and process optimization, and leadership development.
At JLJ, Chen ChunJie brings his strong expertise in China HR practices and labor laws, his network and connections to important bureaus and organizations such as the China Human Resource & Social Security Bureau and China General Union, as well as his experience in helping foreign companies understanding and navigating the China political and social environment.
ChunJie graduated from Shanghai University of Science & Technology and holds a MBA from Fudan University. He is bilingual in Chinese and English.
