JLJ helped the client understand the various funding,

compliance, and corporate structure options available to them as they
considered entering the Chinese market. After studying the situation,
JLJ recommended a corporate and funding structure that would optimize
tax compliance and enable the client to receive “encouraged” status
from the local government, thus benefiting from several preferential
policies. In addition, JLJ conducted a setup location analysis,
comparing and negotiating with various development zones to determine
the optimal setup location.
The client set up a large office in Beijing through JLJ. Later, they
expanded into Shanghai, again utilizing JLJ’s services.

We completed in a month, the full process of the
client's
representative office business setup registration, including various
license applications, appointment of chief representative, seal carving
and opening of bank accounts. We also assisted the client with their
Chinese company naming and helped the company ensure regulatory
compliance by providing necessary license renewal services. Pleased
with our efficiency and dedication, the client continued to engage JLJ
services in other areas such as Recruitment and Accounting.
