Senior Advisor
Mr Zhang served as a senior governmental official in the Shanghai Administrative Bureau of Industry & Commerce for 25 years. In 2000, he began advising enterprises on management and strategic development.
In addition to his position as a senior government official, Mr. Zhang also held leading positions in influential trade associations, including the Consumer Association, the Trademark Association, the Contract Management Association, the Joint-Equity Enterprises Association as well as the Arbitration Committee on Economic Contracts.
Mr. Zhang is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese, English and Russian.
