Sherry founded HuiJie Consulting Co. Ltd. in 1995, having recognized the huge demand for talent in China. Her ambition and foresight have led HuiJie to become one of few local executive search firms capable of keeping up with the ever changing needs of clients.
She is a true specialist in recruitment within the fields of consumer products, technology and manufacturing, and also led team expanding coverage to include the domains of pharmaceutical, financial and clean tech. She has managed senior assignments for a variety of blue chip companies and has been a key player in the development of professional recruitment in China. Sherry has earned a reputation as "Lady Charisma" in the industry through her soft skills and knowledge.
Sherry's connections with both Chinese senior government officials in Shanghai as well as local and international senior managers make her teams extremely effective.
Sherry holds a BA in Economics and is fluent in Mandarin, English and multiple Chinese dialects
