She has over six years experience in the professional services field and holds certification as China National Human Resources Management Administrator and Shanghai Talent Agent Master.
As manager of JLJ's HR Services Division, her hands-on experience with client work translates into deep knowledge of China's labor regulatory environment, detailed operational policies, compensation and benefits schemes, and dispute resolution procedures. She has worked with more than 100 clients across multiple industries, and has given presentations on China labor law and HR issues for chambers of commerce from around the world.
May is fluent in Mandarin, English and multiple Chinese dialects.
